　　無始以來，無明迷亂的習(xí)氣使得我們誤以為自我和外境是真實(shí)的存在，出于對(duì)“自我”的貪愛，我們早已經(jīng)非常熟練于對(duì)喜歡的人事貪戀不已，對(duì)不喜歡的人事厭惡遠(yuǎn)離，對(duì)跟自己無關(guān)的人事漠不關(guān)心。這種“愛我執(zhí)”的習(xí)氣使我們看待眾生總是帶著強(qiáng)烈的個(gè)人偏見，心量非常狹窄，并且越來越偏離于實(shí)相真理。

　　Since the beginningless time, the habit of ignorance and confusion has led us to think that the self and the external environment are in real existence. Because of the attachment of the “self”， we have already been very skilled to cling to people we like, and we feel disgusted and stay far from the people we do not like. Moreover, they are indifferent to people who have nothing to do with themselves. This kind of the “Attachment of Self-loving” habit makes us treat sentient beings with strong personal prejudice and narrowmind, and more and more deviate from the reality of truth.
